Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the YourTurn platform (“Service”) operated by YourTurn (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using YourTurn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourTurn provides a cloud-based queue management platform for businesses including medical clinics, salons, and service centres. Features include queue tracking, SMS notifications, patient/customer management, and analytics dashboards.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via the SMS feature
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that disrupts other users' experience

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through PayHere. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Free Plan

A free plan is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the YourTurn platform are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourTurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, during which you may export it upon request.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify account holders of material changes via email.
